Purchase terms

United Signal Command Bridge™ is offered by Silent Grounds Collective Inc. This website and the desktop packages are currently in owner preview. Customer checkout has not opened.

Access and prices

Monthly access is $50 per monitor or $225 for all five monitors, plus applicable tax, renewing automatically until canceled. One-time access is $50 per monitor or $250 for all five, plus applicable tax. One-time access includes published updates and hosted use while the service operates; it does not promise perpetual hosting or continuous third-party data availability.

Final sales and cancellation

All sales are final except where applicable law or payment-provider requirements require otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived. Monthly renewals can be canceled through PayPal. Paid access normally continues through the current paid term unless suspended for abuse or a disputed payment.

Tax and payment

The configured quote for taxable use entirely within New York City includes 8.875% sales tax. Use in other jurisdictions and exempt purchases require review before checkout. Payments must be confirmed by the connected payment provider before access is granted. The owner is still completing merchant, customer-access and tax setup.

Permitted use

Use your own authorized account. Do not share credentials, resell access without permission, evade limits, attack the service, impersonate agencies, or upload material you do not have the right to share.

Public data and emergency use

Source reports can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. No complete 911-dispatch feed or public FDNY/EMS vehicle GPS feed is connected. Fixed firehouses do not represent moving units. The service is independent of the agencies shown. It is not an emergency-reporting service or a replacement for an official dispatch system. For an emergency, call 911.

Contributed material

Contributors retain ownership and grant permission for display in the service. Owner approval does not confirm an agency response or grant broadcast rights. Obtain separate permission before broadcasting or redistributing material. Pending submissions are visible only to the contributor and owner; approved material is shown to authorized subscribers with the contributor name and time.

Reliability and updates

Source retries, recovery and scheduled checks help maintain the service. No unqualified uptime or accuracy guarantee is made. Desktop releases are checked against a signed manifest, and installation requires user confirmation. Preview packages are not yet signed with an Apple Developer ID or Windows publisher certificate.

All purchase proceeds support Silent Grounds Collective Inc. Software purchases are not represented as tax-deductible donations. United Signal Command Bridge uses the ™ symbol; registration has not been represented as completed. Third-party software, data and trademarks retain their respective rights.
