A source. A clearer story.

Read publication times and source health alongside reports. See when a location is approximate or the available data is delayed.

One screen or
the whole control room.

Keep the incident map in view while buses, trains and airport activity run in separate windows with independent filters.

03 / ADD THE CONTEXT

From a report
to a fuller picture.

Attach text, photos and video to an incident. Owner review keeps contributions labeled and controlled before other subscribers see them.

02 / COVERAGE & CLARITY

Know what you’re seeing.
Know where it came from.

Public information moves at different speeds. Command Bridge brings it together with the context you need to judge it.

Public information. Honest limits.

*The incident console checks every 2.5 seconds; agencies publish at their own rates. There is no connected public FDNY/EMS vehicle GPS or complete 911-call feed. Firehouses are fixed references, and 311 records are not live emergency dispatches. 511NY incident access needs an approved key.

A SIGNAL WITH A PURPOSE

Built to connect.

05 / BEFORE YOU ENTER

Clear answers.

What the platform does, what it depends on, and what to expect.

Does the map show live FDNY trucks or every police call?

No public live FDNY/EMS vehicle feed or complete emergency dispatch feed is connected. The map shows available public reports and advisories. Fixed firehouse locations do not represent moving units or dispatch assignments.

How real-time is the information?

The incident console checks every 2.5 seconds. Source publication rates vary: citywide bus data is refreshed every 30 seconds, railroad feeds every 15 seconds, 311 data is published daily, and Con Edison summaries can update every 15–30 minutes. Source timestamps and stale-data labels help you assess freshness.

Can I use more than one screen?

Yes. Choose New window in the browser, or use the desktop Windows menu to open another monitor. Move each window to the display you want and keep its own filters and map view.

How do updates and reliability checks work?

Weekly maintenance is scheduled for Sundays at 9 AM New York time, subject to the maintenance system being available. Sources retry automatically. Desktop apps check signed release manifests and ask before opening a verified installer. Hosted changes appear after reload. Uninterrupted uptime and third-party feed availability cannot be guaranteed.

Can I share photos or use contributed footage on air?

Authorized users can submit text, photos and videos to an incident for owner review. Submissions remain labeled as user supplied. Display permission does not transfer ownership or grant broadcast rights; obtain those rights separately.

Where can I check source health or account access?

Sign in to Command Bridge and open Health for source status, or Account for access information. Customer checkout remains closed until merchant and access setup are verified. This is an independent monitoring service, not an emergency reporting channel. For an emergency, call 911.
